I suppose you saw many of such simple 3D character on the internet, used in many ways on websites.
Today I made one by myself and give it to you completely for free. You can use it whatever you want in your commercial projects for your customers or just in some private stuff. You can modify it how only you need, texture it or even make your own pet, teach how to walk and give it a name 
.
Few words for Animators: it’s not a bipet for you to learn, because it contains simply FK rig for static pics only. Keeping feet in position on the flat surface without an IK can be difficult and painful..
